experience working as a KITCHEN PORTER , KITCHEN ASSISTANT , COOKING
ASSISTANT and has excellent time management skills and the ability to
work in a team and on their own initiative. Responsibilities:
* Washing, drying, replenishing dishes, cutlery, and other food
preparation utensils
* Making sure all surfaces, floors and walls are clean and sanitise
* Complying with Health and Safety principles
* To assist chefs in their day-to-day operations, including food
preparation, if needed
* Being prepared to carry out any additional duties as they are
needed
Key Requirements:
* Previous cleaning experience as a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen
Assistant is a bonus
* We require someone who is eager and willing to learn
* Outgoing and positive approach to all tasks given
* Manual handling (training can be provided)
* Must be fully flexible as shifts could be at various times
